By age 25, most of us have the skills to be successful and secure in our careers.

Life skills are what we learn in school, in school we learn about how to be a good student, how to read a book and how to do well in school.
But life skills do not end there.
They also include things like the right time to work, what time to eat and how much sleep you need.
These things are all important in the development of good health and social skills.
What you need to know about life skills is a bit like a checklist of important things to know.
We need to be sure that the checklist is well thought out.
So, what are life skills?
Life skills are a way of changing how we act and think in a way that allows us to become better and happier.
We can think about the skills as the way we can make better choices.
For example, learning to cook for yourself is a good example of a skill that is not just about food preparation.
