POLITICO New York | 9/19/2016 11:15:13For all the talk of a job crisis, the jobs market is not exactly booming.
According to a new survey from the National Employment Law Project, the unemployment rate for adults 18-34 was 7.4% in October, down from 7.7% in September.
While that’s a sizable drop, the number of jobs available to people with college degrees and advanced degrees remains high.
For many young people, the answer to that question is still, “No.”
More than a quarter of adults with college or advanced degrees are either unemployed or underemployed.
This figure is up from 23% in the September survey.
It is up even more from 27% in 2014.
The latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics show that there were 8.4 million people who have been out of work for six months or longer.
That’s a rise of more than 100,000 people since October 2016.
The number of Americans who are unemployed or underutilized was more than three times as high as the number who are employed and a quarter as high at 2.5 million.
The number of people who are underemed rose from 3.1 million in September to 4.1 m in October.
The problem is not limited to college graduates.
Many young adults are also struggling with a lack of a steady paycheck, and many who are in this situation don’t know where to turn to.
Here’s a look at the top 10 reasons Americans aren’t working or getting a job.
If you think you are qualified for the job, or that you have the skills and experience to take on a job, apply for one of these positions:First, learn how to use the JobBridge online job search tool.
You can get a glimpse of how your skills are used to assess your qualifications for a position before you even apply.
Then, use JobBridge to apply with the appropriate skills and education.
To apply for any job, go to https://www.jobbridge.com and search for the appropriate job category.

To get a job in that category, you’ll need to meet the eligibility criteria.
For example, a job at a fast food restaurant would require a bachelor’s degree, the equivalent of a master’s degree.
If you are an associate with at least a bachelor degree, you may also need a master of business administration degree.
The bottom line is that it takes some time to get through the hiring process.
If this is something that worries you, talk to your recruiter and ask about any restrictions on what you can and cannot do.
In addition, it is important to be able to demonstrate that you are capable of working and maintaining your current job at the current salary level.
You may be required to show a resume or other documentation that indicates your job duties and responsibilities.
If that is not possible, you can ask to speak to a recruiter or company representative.
If your resume is not enough to land a job and you feel you don’t have the qualifications or experience to meet your specific qualifications, apply online for a second interview.
If all else fails, consider taking a job outside of your field of study.
Consider taking a part-time job at another company.
Or, you could try to make your own resume and make sure that you’re applying for a variety of jobs.
The bottom line, though, is that you’ll probably be better off waiting until your next interview before you start looking for work.
