Sport Italia article Juve’s Giacomaro Spallett wants to strengthen the club’s social network presence, with the head of the youth development team having previously made a similar move at Juventus.
Speaking to AS Roma’s website on Monday, Spalleitt outlined his intention to increase the clubs social media following and also suggested that they consider incorporating more of the club community into their online presence.
“In terms of social media, we have to make sure that we reach out to the people who we know, who we have seen on our social networks,” Spalleotti said.
“We need to make a connection with them.
We are not going to be the only ones with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, but we have some of the best ones, and I think we have the opportunity to reach the community.”
The coach also made it clear that he would like to see Juventus’ young players continue to grow and improve in the social media sphere.
“Our team has to grow, and our players have to be mature and mature,” Spoletti said.
“We need more of that in our youth.
Our youth need to develop in the same way that we have in the academy, but in a different way.
They have to grow as adults.
They need to grow in the world of football.”
Spalletti is not the only Juventus sporting director to have taken this approach.
Earlier this month, the club announced that it was planning to introduce a new video content and promotion strategy with the aim of boosting its online presence in the coming years.
