Life Skills Assessment is a tool for you to take the time to practice your life skills.
It is a life skills questionnaire, that asks you to record your life’s challenges, achievements and how you are managing them.
You are encouraged to write down the key points you can identify with each answer.
If you are unsure what to say, you can write down your own thoughts or feelings, and then add your own comments or questions.
The information you get from this worksheet is then used to guide you in your life.
For example, if you are experiencing anxiety or stress and you want to help manage your stress, you are encouraged, as a way to help you get over the situation, to create a mental checklist of things that can help you relax.
As you take this assessment, you will learn how to identify the things you can improve on and the ways to do that.
You are also encouraged to practice these life skills at home.
This is a good time to look at your home environment, so you can better understand how to create and maintain a good home environment for your family and friends.
You are also asked to practice writing, reading and listening.
Life Skills Worksheets are great to have at home if you have a loved one who needs help.
They are available for download from the lifeskillworksheets.ca website.
