Life skills include: the fundamentals of daily living, including how to get out of bed, how to cook, how do chores, and more.
Life skill awareness is the knowledge of these things, and is crucial to becoming a well-rounded person and living a fulfilling life.
Here are some life skills exercises that will help you become more aware of life, and become a better-rounded and better-connected individual.
The basics of daily life You will need a set of skills to get yourself and others up to scratch in a timely manner.

It is a comprehensive and useful guide to the basics of life.
You will also need some basic life skills, such as good communication skills, the ability to do a lot, and a sense of humour.
How to get into your own life You will need to be in your own head, but also able to look at other people and do things from their perspective.
If this is your first time, Get in your Own Head by Rebecca Stirling is a great place to start.
It’s free and there’s plenty of material to get you started.
It has a great video that gives advice on how to be yourself.

How to do exercise A quick way to get in your head is to sit down with a pen and paper and a notebook.
Then you can draw, sketch, write down, or write down your ideas and thoughts.
Then, imagine yourself doing each exercise and see how you perform.
Then start doing them again.
If the exercise is easy, it may feel like you’re writing your own notes.
If it’s hard, it will feel like it’s not working.
Do these exercises in the morning and in the afternoon.

Life skills basics exercise 1. Get a pen This exercise is simple and easy to do, it’s something you can do anytime, anywhere.
Pick up a pen, and draw a circle or line on your paper.
Then write down a sentence, phrase, or word that you think you should be doing.
Do this for about 30 seconds and then try to remember what you drew.
If there are a lot of words or phrases that you need to remember, then try repeating it a few times to get it all.

Take a walk The simple walk can make you feel like a better person.
Take a few minutes out of your day, and start walking around a corner, or at a street corner.
Try to find the best path for you and for yourself.
This exercise can be done in a park, or in a city park.

Catch up on emails Do this exercise to get more done each day.
Put on some music, listen to some podcasts, or watch a TV show.
Then look at emails that you’ve received and try to pick out what you missed.

Find your voice There are many ways to get on the same page with others, whether it’s through a phone call, a letter or text, or even through a conversation.
This simple exercise is an easy way to help you find your voice.
You can find out what your voice sounds like by listening to a song.
5.
Go to the gym Go to your local gym.
This can be a local gym or one that is on your own.
This is another exercise to help improve your fitness.
6.
Write down your favourite activities Write your favourite things on a piece of paper.
Write your favourite phrases on a paper or a piece with a pad or pencil.
Write down your life goals and your career goals and what you hope to achieve in your chosen career.
Then try to summarise the key points in each activity, and if you can’t summarise everything, ask yourself if you need help summarising.
7.
Put on a song Write down the lyrics of your favourite song, then write them down.
You might need to do this for several days, or a week, but try to write the songs down before you do anything else.
8.
Have a conversation This is one area where you might not have the skills to help yourself, so try to get a friend to help.
