You can be a life coach, a life mentor, or even a life-altering mentor.
If you can’t handle it, you might want to take a look at this book.
It’s called “How to Be An Emotional Lifestyle Coach.”
In the book, the author, Tara Hines, provides tips on how to help people overcome their negative or destructive behavior and learn how to change it for the better.
For example, she suggests you practice being a little more positive and forgiving, instead of criticizing people or blaming them for their actions.
Here are some of her suggestions: Don’t blame someone else for your problems.
Instead, think about what you can do to change your behavior.
Say no to excuses.
If people don’t know why you’re doing something, offer a solution.
Ask yourself, what could I do differently to change my behavior?
What’s wrong with me?
If you’re not confident in yourself, ask your friends or family to help you figure it out.
Then, try it.
